How long is Rotisserie Chicken good for in refrigerator?
I bought the warm rotisserie chicken from Publix last night (Sunday) it says it was made 10/9 but I cant read the hand writing for when its good until, how long do these stay good in the refrigerator for? I was hoping to warm it up for dinner tomorrow and make a pot pie with the left overs Thursday.
I try to use up the leftovers within 2-3 days. So if I buy a chicken on Monday, i will eat the dark meat, throw the rest of the bird in the fridge..on Tuesday, I will make chicken salad or chicken and dumplings out of the white meat and probably have leftovers of that dish on Wednesday. If any remains on Thursday, I will eat it myself, but I will not feed it to anybody else. ha. Ya know how it is "garbage disposal"....

when we did eat chicken I always picked it clean after we didnt eat it all and made chicken salad with it the next day it lasted for a few more days
