You are a careful one!  I totally missed that, kinda watching the video as I'm preparing dinner, then posting it in between my preparations.  My mind was in a whirlwind thinking of all the deals she was getting that I'm currently NOT getting.  I do miss "Italian Days!"

That stuff freezes really well!  I was shocked that it lasted so long.  I just had a little difficulty finding the varieties I prefer in stock!
